Visiting the gods of Hitachi, the three shrines of Eastern Province, and a walk for a stroll / Hachiryu Shrine

A walk from Hachiryu Shrine - A tour of ancient shrines where you can feel the breath of the dragon god
Hitachi Province (now Ibaraki Prefecture) is a land where the breath of gods, nurtured by rich nature and history since ancient times, lively lives. In recent years, the pilgrimage of Hitachi, a journey through the spiritually powerful gods, has been causing a quiet boom. This time, I would like to write a record of visiting Ikusu Shrine, one of the three Eastern shrines, and then visiting Hachiryu Shrine, a quiet, hidden vibe that is located nearby, and has a rich, dragon god energy.
To take a break from the shrines of the Eastern Provinces, go through the forest of the guardians of Ikusu Shrine .
The journey begins at Ikusu Shrine, one of the three shrines in the East. Along with Kashima Shrine and Katori Shrine, it is known as an important shrine that protects the eastern country. Ryosu Shrine has flourished since ancient times as a key transportation hub, facing the inland sea known as the Katori Sea. As a result, many people came to pray for the safety of the voyage.

The grounds are filled with old cedars, several hundred years old, towering over them, with a sacred atmosphere. As you slowly follow the approach to the main shrine, you will feel as if your body is being purified. Ryosu Shrine is a place that gives visitors peace and strength due to its deep history and sacred atmosphere.
After visiting Ikusu Shrine and inhaling the refreshing air in full force, we drove to our next destination, Hachiryu Shrine. It is only about 5 minutes from Ryosu Shrine to Yaryu Shrine.
Memories of the Watatsu village: To Hachiryu Shrine, a quiet place
Hachiryu Shrine is quietly located in a place called Ka, Kamisu City. In the olden days, the Ka district flourished as a village called "Toshin." Watatsu is a village that has developed mainly at the ferry's ferry's ferry's ferry-travel, when crossing rivers, lakes, seas, etc. to the opposite shore. During the Edo period, there were riverbanks, and Takase boats were bustling and bustling.
However, it is no longer lively at that time, and the quiet rural landscape is spread out. In this place, Yatsuryu Shrine is enshrined like a hidden hidden place.

As I continued my car in the direction indicated by the car navigation system, an old lantern appeared in the empty bushes. Behind it, you can see a torii gate covered in moss. I parked the car and headed towards the torii gate, stroking through the grass.
A different space beyond the torii gate, where you can feel the breath of the dragon god
The approach

The approach to Hachiryu Shrine is short, yet charming. On both sides are lined with stone lanterns that are exposed to the wind and rain, and the text is blurred and cannot be read. The feet are covered in fallen leaves and soil, and are surrounded by silence.
Hachiryu Shrine Torii

As I passed through the torii gate, the atmosphere felt like it had completely changed. It's full of something special, different to the silence I had felt up until then.

"There's an eight-pillar dragon god"

A friend who accompanied me suddenly said this. He has long been knowledgeable about the Dragon God and is also skilled in sensing energy.

"The eight pillars of the Golden Dragon, the Silver Dragon, the White Dragon, the Red Dragon, and the Three Black Dragons. They're really incredible. This is amazing."

Hearing his words, I focused on my mind, and it felt like there was certainly something there. I wonder if the special energy I felt from the moment I passed through the torii gate was due to the presence of the dragon gods.
There is a further torii gate beyond the torii gate. Each torii gate is old and covered in moss, indicating that it has been around for so many years.
Birds chirping in the hall: The power of the dragon god in silence
The hall of worship
After passing through the torii gate, the worship hall of Yatsuryu Shrine appears. It is simple yet has a sacred atmosphere. In front of the worship hall is a offering box and bell.
Looking around, there were no other visitors. The birds' chirping echoed throughout, and it was surrounded by silence.

We put the offerings in the offering box and ringed the bells to express our deep respect for the gods of Hachiryu Shrine.

"Dragon God, I would like to express my gratitude for being able to visit this place. In my daily life, I often feel confused and anxious, so please give us strength."

As I prayed in my heart, I felt a sense of warmth coming from deep in my heart.
I have never visited a shrine that feels so intense that it is the existence of a dragon god. When you are at this shrine, where eight dragon gods are said to be around, your mind naturally becomes more relaxed and powerful.

Believing in the spiritual power of the Dragon God: Hachiryu Shrine, a power spot open to everyone

This time I visited Yaryu Shrine, which I intended to take a short walk between visiting the three shrines in the Eastern Province. However, when I actually visited, it was a wonderful experience that was far beyond my expectations.
The refreshing atmosphere of Ryosu Shrine and the rich energy of the dragon god at Yatsuryu Shrine. By visiting these two shrines, I was able to refresh my mind and body and gain new power.
Hitachi Province has many charming shrines that are still unknown. I would like to continue visiting various shrines and enrich my own heart by feeling the breath of the gods of the land.
