Things to heal to choose the reality you want

Freeing from past wounds and changing consciousness
We unconsciously continue to paint the future on a canvas called reality, with paints of past memories and emotions. If you are not satisfied with the current situation and are craving the ideal reality, the first thing you should look at is the scars of the past that lie deep within your heart. This world is created by your consciousness, and the current situation is nothing more than an embodiment of your past desires. If you feel that the current situation is far from ideal, you need to consciously choose an ideal reality and remove any mental barriers that hinder its realization.
People accumulate a variety of experiences in their lives
The damage received during the course of experience is engraved in your mind as a memory. Even if you imagine your ideal reality and feel a brighter mind, past wounds can counteract that joy and evoke negative emotions. By healing this emotional wound, your desires will be faster and more reliably towards realisation.

To gain a deeper understanding of this concept, consider the nature of the souls of those who have taken their own lives. They are often unable to attain Buddhahood and are said to continue to exist as floating spirits and earthbound spirits. What are they in? Often, they continue to stay there, repeating the moments they die. For example, someone who has died by jumping from a high place may have repeated jumps over and over again. He is unaware that he has passed away, and is continuing his painful experience forever. They continue to experience the damage they suffered there and are unable to escape from the pain.
Scenes experienced in movies and stories
This kind of scene is sometimes depicted in movies and stories. The main character has repeated the painful experiences over and over again, and is unable to leave the scene of the accident. It will be difficult to attain Buddhahood until the person realizes this infinite loop and is freed from the bondage.
This analogy applies to us living. We remember, consciously, the mental damage that we suffer from daily events. Since I usually keep the lid so that I don't see it, I sometimes don't notice that there is damage inside me. As a result, you will be trapped in negative emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and lethargy, without even knowing the reason.

In this state, no matter how ideal a future is envisioned, these emotions can get in the way, making it difficult to realize your desires. It's like a heavy anchor lying deep inside your heart, and no matter how much you raise your sails, the ship won't move forward.
But there is hope. By healing that damage and dealing well with your ego, everyone can smoothly realize their desires. You can lift the anchor that has sunk deep inside your heart, expand the sails of your heart, and head towards your ideal future.
So, how exactly can you heal your emotional wounds and deal with your ego well? There are many ways to do this, but here are some effective approaches.
Deepen self-awareness

Start by carefully observing your own emotions and thought patterns. We explore when and what emotions arise, and what past experiences are hidden behind those emotions. Keeping a diary, meditating, and having trusted people listen to you will deepen your self-awareness.
Confronting past wounds
As self-awareness deepens, you are ready to face the wounds of the past. Try to remember past events and carefully enjoy and accept the emotions of the moment. Rather than trying to force yourself to forget the past, it is important to reinterpret past events from the perspective of the present and to find lessons learned from those events.

Forgive yourself and forgive others
In the process of dealing with past wounds, you may be blaming yourself or grudges others. But we cannot change the past. The important thing is to accept past events, forgive yourself, and forgive others. Forgiveness is the first step to being freed from the bondage of the past and moving forward into the future.
Practice self-care
Physical and physical health is closely related to emotional stability. Get plenty of sleep, eat a balanced diet, and exercise moderately to maintain your physical and mental health. Finding relaxing hobbies and spending time in nature is also effective in reducing stress and maintaining peace of mind.
Seek expert support
If you find it difficult to deal with past wounds on your own, consider seeking professional support. A counselor or therapist will understand your state of mind and provide you with appropriate advice and support. With the help of experts, you will be able to heal your emotional wounds more safely and effectively.

How to deal with ego
The ego is a defensive mechanism that exists to protect us, but sometimes it can hinder our growth. Egos act on belief systems derived from past experiences, and may reject new possibilities or fear change.
- In order to get along well with your ego, it is important to recognize the existence of ego and listen to its voice, but not to be controlled by it. If your ego voice is based on fear or anxiety, try to question it and choose a more constructive way of thinking.
- By practicing Indian philosophy, yoga and Kriya yoga teachings, you can experience healing in the heart at a deeper level. These teachings preach our essence is an eternal and unchanging consciousness that transcends the body and emotions.
- In Indian philosophy, we are taught that the world is mayya (phantom). All the events and emotions we experience are illusions and not true. Understanding this truth will allow us to live in our free consciousness, without being trapped by past wounds or negative emotions.
- Yoga and Kuriya yoga provide practical ways to balance the mind and body and raise awareness by controlling your body and breathing. Through these practices, we become aware of the nature of our self and are able to maintain peace of mind.
- By healing past wounds, dealing well with ego and practicing philosophical teachings, we can develop the infinite possibilities that lie deep within our hearts. And we can create the reality that we really want.
- The journey to choose the reality you want is never easy. However, the self-understanding and mental growth you gain in the process are immeasurable. By deep understanding of ourselves, healing the wounds of the past, and controlling our ego, we can become truly free and create our ideal future.
Now, why not go on a journey of your mind and create the reality you truly desire? The key to healing the wounds of the past and opening the door to the future is within your own heart. Don't be afraid, take a step forward. There's surely a wonderful future awaits you.
Choose the reality you want
This world is created by your consciousness.
The situation you are in now is a reality of what you wanted in the past.
If you are unable to accept the current situation or feel that you are far from satisfied, it is a good idea to be aware of it and choose the ideal reality.
People remember the damage they have suffered from various past experiences.
Even if you imagine your ideal reality and feel bright, this memory will quickly cancel you out with a negative mood.

Your desires will come true sooner if you heal this damage.
Let's give an easy-to-understand example.
People who take their own life are unable to attain Buddhahood, and are often floating spirits or earthbound spirits, but do you know what their condition is like?
They exist there, repeating the moments they die.
People who have died jumping down may have repeated scenes of jumping down multiple times.
He continues to jump, unaware that he has passed away.
I continue to experience the damage I received there.
Such scenes are also shown in the film.
After repeating this painful experience over and over again, I cannot leave the accident scene.
If the person himself does not notice this loop, it will be difficult to attain Buddhahood.

The same thing happens to us living in life, and we can remember the mental damage we suffer from various events under our consciousness.
I often wear a lid so that I don't usually see it, so I don't even notice that there is damage inside me.
As a result, you are trapped in unpleasant feelings such as anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and lethargy, even though you don't know why.
This will make it difficult for people to imagine an ideal future, as these emotions will interfere with your desires and make it difficult for them to realize.
By healing that damage and dealing with your ego well, everyone can easily fulfill their wishes.
Furthermore, by practicing the teachings of Indian philosophy, yoga, and Kuriya yoga, you will soon realize that damage is not real, but is all mayya (phantom).
