About Paramahansa Yogananda
Paramahansa Yogananda was born in India in 1893 and was trained from a young age to bring the ancient Indian science of self-awakening to the West. In 1920, he moved to the United States to start a job that would later be exposed to the lives of hundreds of people and spread worldwide. His spiritual teachings in India, and the liberation of yoga techniques, have fulfilled the heart cravings of many Americans.
